IMPACT Learning Center supports individuals and businesses in Jackson County by providing job-readiness services and workforce training designed to meet real-world needs. Through resume development, job search assistance, and employee training opportunities, IMPACT helps people build the skills and confidence needed to succeed in today’s workforce while also supporting local employers as they grow and develop their teams.

IMPACT is also home to the Scottsboro Career Center, located at 23123 John T Reid Parkway. Through the Career Center, individuals can receive assistance with employment opportunities, workforce resources, and services provided through the Alabama Department of Workforce. Together, IMPACT and the Scottsboro Career Center work to connect people with jobs, training, and support that strengthen both individuals and our local economy.
