WORKING WITH WORKFORCE PARTNERS

SUPPORTING JACKSON COUNTY'S WORKFORCE

IMPACT works alongside local workforce partners, employers, HR representatives, and community leaders to better understand the needs of Jackson County industries.

By listening to those who hire, train, and support employees every day, IMPACT can help connect local citizens with learning opportunities that are practical, relevant, and responsive to the needs of our community.

Our role is not to replace the work of our industries or workforce agencies — it is to support, connect, and help strengthen the bridge between education, skills, and opportunity.
