IMPACT Works prepares adults for today’s workforce through career-focused education and industry-recognized Google Career Certificates. Participants can develop in-demand skills, explore new career pathways, and earn credentials in fields such as IT Support, Project Management, Data Analytics, Cybersecurity, UX Design, and Digital Marketing & E-commerce.

Together, these programs create accessible pathways to stronger businesses, better employment opportunities, and a more prepared workforce for Jackson County.

The IMPACT Certificate Pathway allows participants to build valuable, real-world skills through a series of instructor-led classes. Those who meet the attendance requirements can earn recognition for completing courses in areas such as technology, communication, digital marketing, website design, and customer service.
