IMPACT Junior Visionaries & Visionaries

IMPACT’s Junior Visionaries and Visionaries programs help young people build leadership skills, serve their community, gain confidence, and prepare for future education and career opportunities.

Junior Visionaries is designed for students in 9th and 10th grades. Participants are introduced to volunteerism, teamwork, leadership, and meaningful community involvement while beginning to discover their strengths and interests.

Visionaries is for students in 11th and 12th grades, as well as freshmen and sophomores at Northeast Alabama Community College. The program provides deeper leadership and service opportunities, professional development, career readiness, mentoring, and hands-on experiences that help participants prepare for their next step.
