This is a multi-level ESL Class with learning activities and lessons that address the educational needs of non-native English speakers from Level 1 (Beginning ESL Literacy) all the way through Level 6 (High Advanced ESL). Students actively learn through conversations, reading, writing, listening, games, internet, language learning software, and various other activities designed to help each student advance their understanding and effective use of the English Language. Students also learn skills that help them find jobs and/or maintain and advance in their current job.

Enrollment is open to anyone over the age of 18 who is not currently enrolled in another secondary education program. New students are welcome any time that the class is in session. All materials needed for class participation will be provided, although it is recommended that students bring a notebook and a pen or pencil.
Day time and evening classes are available.
 

 

Offered to citizens of Jackson County to learn basic reading skills or to enhance their reading skills. In this comfortable environment, students work at their own pace.
 

 

Offered to citizens of Jackson County to help advance their higher educational status and to achieve the completion of the GED exam. GED helps students to move forward in their personal, academics and employment fields.
