Rainsville/Section - Take HW 35 to Scottsboro and turn left onto East Willow/HW 35 at the fourth red light. Go for approximately 1/2 mile and take the second left onto South Scott Street.   Scottsboro Electric Power Board will be on your left and the Goodwill Store will be on your right when you turn onto South Scott Street.  Go to the second four-way stop and turn left onto Martin Street and IMPACT will be on your right
