Henegar/Dutton/Pisgah - Take HW 40 down the mountain to its intersection with HW 35 at the Tennessee River Bridge and bear to the right.  Follow HW 35 into Scottsboro to the fourth red light and turn left onto East Willow/HW 35. Go for approximately 1/2 mile and take the second left onto South Scott Street.   Scottsboro Electric Power Board will be on your left and the Goodwill Store will be on your right when you turn onto South Scott Street.  Go to the second four-way stop and turn left onto Martin Street and IMPACT will be on your right
